Admin/HR AssistantJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJoining Date: ImmediatelyKey Responsibilities:•Provide administrative support in day-to-day office operations.•Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.•Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.•Assist in payroll processing and HR documentation.•Organize office supplies, meetings, and office maintenance.•Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence•Prepare and manage real estate contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.•Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.•Maintain accurate records of transactions, client details.•Assist with invoicing, payments, and tracking financial records.•Prepare commission sheets and assist agents with expense reports.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.•1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.•Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of HR software is a plus.•Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
