To manage our continued growth in the UAE premium beverages market, our company is looking for an Admin Executive/PA to assist with daily operations, sales, administration and customer relations.Duties:Receive customer orders, assign to distributor, co-ordinate/follow up as requiredOpen and close customer accounts, updating internal systemsManage internal schedules, deliverables and objectives/targets/KPIsAssist team at relevant trade shows, managing leads and company databaseBook and arrange travel, accommodation and transit for company travelManage deadlines related to projects, warehouse stock, etcGeneral administration: Answer phones, manage communication channels (phone, email, text)Respond to inbound leads and potential customers, knowing the product inside outBuild and maintain company databases, organize segmentation of customers and leadsAssist with reporting and data analysis as the business and territories growAssist with sales calls and general business development, update CRM systemsMonitor competitor activity (product, pricing, social media, marketing, strategy)Develop rapport with existing client baseIssue invoices in a timely manner, manage credit terms and follow up on pending paymentsManage outgoing payments and invoicesAssist with minute taking of internal and external meetings as required?Key skills:Flexibility and adaptabilityGood oral and written communication skillsOrganisational skills and the ability to multitaskThe ability to be proactive and take the initiativeTact and diplomacy Communication skillsA knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if requiredDiscretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
