Acoustics Engineer?Dubai?The TeamOur specialist acoustics team works on projects throughout the world, from their bases in the UK, Dubai and Australia. The team provides consultancy services to clients both independently and as part of a coordinated multi-disciplinary offering.?They work on projects large and small, across a variety of sectors. Established in 2010, the team has gone from strength to strength, and is represented regularly at industry events, providing thought leadership within the acoustics industry and beyond.?The RoleFurther to continuing success and growth, the Dubai office is now ready to add an Acoustic Consultant to the team. The successful candidate will possess a good level of experience in building acoustics and building services noise and vibration control and will provide consultancy for a wide range of built environment engineering projects, including managing select projects.?Attendance and input at design meetings and providing clear advice to clients, architects, engineers (internal and external) and contractors on design issues relating to acoustics, noise and vibration will be crucial.?The technical duties will comprise acoustic design duties which includes liaising with clients, architects and contractors, calculations and processing of results, interpretation of data, computer modelling, together with production of reports, drawings, figures and tables. The role will also include survey and assessment of noise and vibration and acoustic testing and site supervision duties.
