Job Description

The opportunityWe are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking accounts receivable assistant to join our shared service team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Reconciling intercompany accounts.
  • Resolving client inquiries promptly.
  • Following up with clients regarding payment.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports for accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Preparing ad hoc reports, as required.
About youYou are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You have the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. You pay high attention to detail and accuracy. You are organised and reliable. You have a good attitude and willingness to learn. You should have accounts receivable experience and should have a good understanding of accounting principles and practices. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
