Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy in billing and posting customer payments to the appropriate accounts.Regularly reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the system.Assist in following up with customers for overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication methods, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.Assist in generating daily/weekly AR reports, maintain organized records of transactions, and support the AR team in month-end closing activities.
