Job Description

Position Title: Accounts Payable SupervisorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 14K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally based in Dubai.

  • Assist in overseeing and managing the accounts payable process, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining AP reconciliation reports, ensuring that accounts are balanced, and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including ensuring the accurate recording of AP transactions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues
