Job Description

Position Title: Accounts Payable SupervisorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: as per UAE Labor lawJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally.

  • Ensure all the suppliers outstanding are accurately recorded in the system, company assets related to payments are safeguarded
  • Drive the AP Accounting team to focus on set controls related to reconciling Suppliers SAOs, accuracy of Suppliers balance and accuracy of payments and safeguard the company money.
  • Oversee and monitor the performance of the AP Accounting team, provide adequate supervision, guidance and develop talent.
  • Review AP, PDC Issued, and Received Not Invoiced GLs in Trial balance (TB) and reconcile them with the sub ledgers and ensure that there are no variances.
