Job Description

Introduction:This vacant position is for an international company opening up it?s third party global outsourcing office; expected to be fully operational in Dubai October 2023! The company is one of North America?s leading carriers and specialize in the transportation and logistics industry. They are growing in many areas and are searching for talented individuals to lead their team!*This is an in-office, permanent, full-time role in Dubai, UAE.Position Summary:The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for providing support in the administrative and payable functional areas within the finance team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, pays attention to details and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Direct Report:úFinance ManagerDuties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists Team/Supervisor with general accounting administration
  • Performs clerical duties, such as maintains filing and record systems
  • Prepare Work with Finance Manager to produce any required ad-hoc reports
  • Monitoring and processing Accounts Payable Cheque Runs/EFT?s
  • Processing payroll for intercompany divisions
  • Handling all internal billings
  • Filing and indexing all documents physically and electronically
  • Oversee and monitor the corporate company process
  • Provide metrics and specific reporting to senior management
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Assist with driver & intercompany payroll inquiries
  • Reconciling vendor accounts
  • Maintain bookkeeping, account balances
  • Responsible for Driver Runsheet indexing and processing
  • Process Driver payroll register run
  • Repair maintenance & fuel processing
Job Offer:

Experience:
  • Administrative: 2 years (Required)
  • Accounts Payable: 2 years (Required)
  • UAE local experience (Required)
  • Non-UAE experience will be considered
  • Fluent in English Language (Required)
  • English speaking & writing (Proficient)
