With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.

  • Assist in the timely billing of accounts
  • Reconciles on daily basis the credit card transactions on Opera to the batch register
  • Maintain a filing system for account receivable records
  • Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system
  • In the absence of the A/R Supervisor, handle correspondence and queries regarding city ledger accounts
  • Assist in the reconciliation of accounts
  • Respond to and resolve account queries
  • Process all invoices and statements
  • Assist in maintain the batch register and balance daily to general ledger
  • Assist in preparing the accruals journal at month end for regular suppliers and delivery dockets not paid
  • Assists in the calculation of travel agent commissions
  • Use finance computer programs
  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Must possess an analytical mind, negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Deadline oriented and an ability to stick to time constraints
