?Implementing and ensuring compliance with the company's financial and accounting policies and procedures.?Preparing consolidated financial statements, monthly accounts, management reports, comparison with budget and commentary on the performance.?Liaison with banks, and structuring of loans and facilities at competitive rates Credit, Working capital management and preparation of monthly and annual cash flows.?Producing accurate and timely financial information as required by management.?Ensure compliance and the application of internal controls procedures.?Providing effective input to the Director in the financial analysis of all major investment?s decisions.?Preparing documentation for tender submission?Reviewing contracts / tenders and agreements to fully understand the financial implications to the Business.?Coordinating with the related parties to ensure information flow is timely and accurate.?Actively participating in the annual audit process to ensure quality information is provided in a timely manner and the audit is finalized effectively and efficiently.?Support the management team in the achievement of the profitability target.?Analyse financial results and provide the management team with a clear understanding of the financial performance and effects/implications of business plans and strategies.?Proactively identify deviations and establish action plans to take corrective measures when required.?Provide economic analysis on all matters of potential financial impact for the business, particularly in costing, customer, product line evaluation and capital addition.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS?The ideal candidate should have at least 3 - 4 years of experience in audit firm.?Ability to think logically and systematically.?obtain loans and facilities at competitive rates?Cash flow and credit management - Project costing?Experience in preparing documents for tender submission with government institutions?Hands on experience in project costing?Ability to collect and analyze financial and operational data?Ability to write reports and presentations.?Strong leadership skills and good interpersonal communication skills.? Ability to multitask and handle intense pressure.
