Accounts ManagerKey Responsibilities:•Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll.•Manage financial reporting and ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.•Develop budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance against targets.•Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support management decision-making.•Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and coordinate with auditors for external audits.•Implement and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain accuracy.•Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus).•Proven experience (5+ years) as an Accounts Manager or in a senior accounting role, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.•Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations, VAT, and auditing practices.•Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.•Excellent communication and leadership skills with attention to detail.Location: Dubai
