  • Report˙weekly˙on˙income˙and˙expense˙forecasting
  • Managing the˙budget and highlighting items˙that˙would not˙fit˙within˙the budget˙and require assessment
  • Report˙weekly˙on˙cash˙flow
  • Enter˙and˙pay˙all˙suppliers˙as˙instructed
  • Create˙and˙enter˙all˙customer˙invoices
  • Reconcile˙bank˙accounts˙weekly
  • Reconcile,˙code˙and˙input˙BEG˙credit˙cards˙weekly
  • Prepare˙all˙pay˙payroll
  • Code˙and˙input˙personal˙expense˙reconciliations
  • Prepare˙recharge˙invoices˙to˙other˙companies
  • Weekly˙report˙on˙outstanding˙invoices
  • Chasing˙of˙outstanding˙invoices
  • Oversee˙office˙rental˙agreement
  • Oversee˙the˙FZ˙LLC˙company˙paperwork˙as˙requires
  • Oversee local˙insurances
  • Create˙new˙coding˙as˙appropriate˙for˙new˙productions
  • Research˙and˙advise˙on˙tax˙set-ups˙in˙other˙countries
  • Reconciling˙and˙inputting˙petty˙cash
  • Keeping˙up˙to˙date˙with˙local˙laws˙that˙effect˙BEG˙financially
  • Administration˙duties˙as˙required
  • Implementing˙all other˙financial˙and accounting practices that are standard˙to˙run a˙business
  • Recording all financial transactions, reconciling accounts and ensuring that all financial data is properly classified and coded
  • Managing the individual show budget versus actual spend to track all budget forecasts
  • Raise all˙invoices˙from˙contracts˙and˙follow˙up˙for˙payment
  • Weekly˙and˙monthly˙reports˙as˙required
  • Generating˙royalty˙statement˙as˙required
