We are seeking an experienced dynamic Accountant to manage the accounting and finance responsibilities for an established audio-visual systems company and music equipment retail shop.?Finance1. Preparation of invoice documentation and submission to clients.2. Preparation of receipt documentation and submission to clients.3. Compilation of due payments on a weekly basis to be reviewed with management.4. Follow up due payments on a weekly basis.5. Processing of payments to suppliers.6. Documentation of staff petty cash requests and reimbursement compensation.7. Development of an accounts payable tracker which lists payment obligations over the course of the year.8. Ensuring a cash reserve amount in the company bank account as per company policy and development of a weekly and monthly CFR and Analysis.Accounting1. Maintenance of the company Finance and Accounting tool (Xero).2. Reconciliation of supplier and client payments on Xero.3. Preparation of the companys VAT filings to FTA.4. Continuous analysis of the companys financial performance, with the aim of enhancing cost efficiency and profitability.5. Monthly presentation to Senior Management on the financial health of the company including cash flow, profitability, account payable, and opportunities for improvement..6. Maintenance of hard copy accounting records including invoice and receipt documentation.Supplier Management1. Continuous review of company expenses to identify methods for reducing cost. This will include identification of and negotiation with partner suppliers.
