Job Description

  • Filipino Nationality (kabayan) Only
  • Knowledgeable Accounting Software (Tally, ERPS, QuickBooks)
  • SALARY 3,000-3,500AED
  • With REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE (at least 1yr)

  • Analyze balance sheets, income, cash flow statements, and other reports to assess accuracy.
  • Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
  • Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Assist the top-level management in making critical business decisions by providing accurate financial assessments.
  • Coordinate with the management and uphold the standard laws and regulations for monitoring, updating, and maintaining fiscal activities.
