Job Description

A leading global law firm is looking for a contract Accounts Assistant with relevant AP experience to join their team in Dubai.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate the daily AP report and process payments to vendors and several internal bank accounts whererequired
  • Assist with entering relevant vouchers for green forms
  • Enter all petty cash expenses / vouchers for Dubai
  • Collaborate with petty cash custodians and provide support to resolve queries and unreconciled items
  • Assist with vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies relating to vendor accounts and payments
  • Assisting team with ad-hoc projects such as Chrome River, Fixed Assets etc
  • Support team members during team holidays
