Accounting SpecialistJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Prepare and send financial statements and invoices on a regular basis.•Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions and accounts.•Provide financial support to agents and management with financial inquiries and analysis.•Assist with the financial planning and budgeting process.•Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and records.•Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and laws.Requirements :•A minimum of two years experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or finance industry.•Must be qualified in accounting, such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with financial software.•Knowledgeable in financial systems and processes.•Excellent communication and analytical skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
