They are seeking to expand their workforce and are looking to hire an experienced Accounting Manager.DescriptionResponsible for managing a team both locally and remotelyImplement new accounting policies and monitor them to ensure that they are effectiveResponsible for month-end closing and reconciliation of general ledger accounts on a monthly basisPrepare budgets, cost management and performance assessment reports periodicallyPrepare financial statements periodically to exhibit the organisations financial positionPrepare cash forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis and subsequently, create reports displaying quarterly cash flow projectionsDesign controls to ensure that the organisation adheres to budget constraints and parametersPresent analysis reports to management to facilitate decision-makingLiaise with internal and external auditors for the annual audit processProfileBachelors degree in Accounting or FinanceProfessional Accounting Qualification is a MUST - CA, CPA, ACCA etc. 10 - 15 years of experience within a similar roleJob OfferThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive monthly salary.
