Manage and maintain the companys financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and distribute financial reports and analysis, including monthly financial statements, cash flow projections, and budget reports.
Support the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial analysis to support decision-making.
Manage vendor relationships and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
Manage the companys payroll process, including calculating and processing payroll, managing employee deductions, and preparing payroll tax filings.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial reporting requirements.
