Accounting & Finance ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEJob Details :•7–10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE•3+ years in a managerial role•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field•Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred•Experience in a tech distribution company in the MEA region is preferred•Experience with Zoho or similar accounting software is mandatory•Strong knowledge of UAE accounting laws, VAT regulations, financial reporting standards, and corporate tax•Excellent communication and leadership skillsResponsibilities and Requirements :•Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger functions•Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per local and international standards•Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes•Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting•Ensure VAT compliance, including calculations and filings as per UAE regulations•Conduct internal audits and strengthen financial controls•Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audits and regulatory compliance•Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
