Accountant (Real Estate)Job Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:昅anage daily transactions related to customer invoices, receipts, collections, and aging reports.昅onitor and reconcile supplier accounts, process vendor invoices, and handle timely payments.昉repare and maintain AR/AP ledgers and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place.旽andle the preparation and submission of VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.昅aintain accurate and up-to-date VAT records and support internal or external audits.昉rocess monthly payroll, including salary transfers, end-of-service calculations, and leave salary as per UAE labor law.昅aintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll-related matters.旳ssist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing procedures.昍econcile bank statements, petty cash, and other balance sheet accounts.昐upport the preparation of financial reports, cash flow analysis, and budget tracking.旵oordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documents and records.Requirements:旴achelor抯 degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.𠃆 years of accounting experience in the UAE, specifically within the real estate industry.昐trong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, real estate transaction flows, and payroll practices.旻amiliarity with RERA regulations is a plus.昉roficient in accounting software and MS Excel.旽igh accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.旼ood verbal and written communication skills in English.旳bility to manage sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
