Our client, a leading property developer in the UAE is looking for an Accountant for their office in Dubai.Responsibility for preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis and interpretation of the company?s financial performance and annual financial statementsResponsibility for developing and preparing monthly management reporting for departmental management within the UAE Integral input into the annual budget process will be an important part of the positionContribute proactively as a key member of the Senior Management ExecutiveTimely and accurate preparation, consolidation and presentation of weekly and monthly financial statements and reportsDirect and review the analysis and interpretation of financial information for use in management decision makingAnalysis and evaluates department budget requests to prepare budgetary documents, reports and recommendationsPreparation of financial budgets for incorporation in company business plansParticipate in the development of financial strategies, policies, objectives and plansEnsure that the finance function acts in a supportive partnership capacity to operational business unitsSystems design, implementation, review and improvement.
