Job Description

Company Overview:We are a dynamic company based in Dubai, seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. Our company operates in compliance with UAE regulations and requires a professional who can ensure accurate financial management and reporting.Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping for the company.
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports.
  • Manage compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements, including VAT and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT returns.
  • Monitor and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and support audit processes.
  • Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and related financial tasks.
  • Stay updated with changes in UAE accounting and tax regulations and implement them as required.
  • Support budget preparation and financial planning initiatives.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an accountant in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT, and CIT regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
