Job Description

  • Reconcile inventory accounts by researching and correcting discrepancies.
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain ledgers to support the accurate recording of transactions.
  • Assist with month-end close by preparing necessary accruals and analysing inventory activity.
  • Support the development and implementation of new accounting procedures related to inventory.
  • Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts and reconcile results to system records.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with incorrect or missing data in the inventory system.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
  • Monitor the work of data entry for daily sales and reconciliation with suppliers.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the company?s petty cash through proper review and payments of bills, receipts, and cash count.
  • Verify the correctness of the accounting classification of journals.
  • Preparation of Delivery Schedule on daily basis.
  • Prepare Ad hoc reports for Management.
