the applicant - should have sound knowledge in accounts -should be able to make monthly balance sheet and p& L - Should maintain timely ledgers of the debtors and creditors- should follow up with all the debtors for the payments - should have good knowledge in ms office as basic office duties also would have to be performed - should be flexible in working hours -should file tax returns timely and prepare all the tax data as per required - should have good knowledge in finalization of the accounts - should perform bank reconciliations , and prepare budgets for company to reduce the costs the job working hours would 10 - 12 hrs -should report to the MD with all the data weekly
