· To supervise all regular accounting processes such as a/p and journal entries plus monthly closure accounts.· To record, classify and summarize accounting transactions to compile various documents and verify their accuracy.· To creates account reconciliation process and collate bank statements on monthly basis.· To respond to inquiries, to locate and resolve discrepancies.· Prepares payment by verifying expenses, validate and confirm costing as well as substantiates financial transactions by auditing supporting documents such as invoices, delivery note, proforma invoices and LPO attached.
