Company: Perasto Worldwide Good Wholesalers LLC Location: Bur Dubai, Dubai Position Type: Full-time Pay: AED 3,500.00 - AED 5,500.00 per monthJob Overview: Perasto Worldwide Good Wholesalers LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a female native Arabic speaker or of Persian or Turkish origin, with strong proficiency in Arabic and Persian or Turkish languages. Additionally, candidates must have at least six months of a valid visa under a labor card. This role requires managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and assisting with various accounting tasks. Excellent English skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of financial budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budgeted targets.
• Bank Reconciliation: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities, including filing VAT returns and liaising with external tax advisors.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Payroll Processing: Process employee payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, reconcile accounts payable transactions, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in the wholesale or manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Native Arabic speakers or candidates of Persian or Turkish origin with proficiency in Arabic and Persian or Turkish are required.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Accounting: 1-3 years (Preferred)
