  • Encode online sales entries daily while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered
  • Generate item profitability analysis report and report to the management on variances found
  • Submit daily and periodic reports to the Finance Manager
  • Assist Accounts team on other assigned functions like cash, bank, purchase etc.
  • Maintain records of invoices and other documents in a systematic manner
