Job Description

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as an Accountant and Operations Assistant at New Star Pest Control Services, a leading provider of pest control and cleaning services. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative support to our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and operations management, with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in scheduling and dispatching technicians for service appointments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally
  • Basic computer knowledge and Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of operations management and administrative procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Hindi, English and Malayalam Language
