AccountantJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :昅anage commissions, payroll, vendor payments, and monthly financial closing昅aintain accurate books and reconcile bank & escrow accounts昉repare monthly P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports旻ile VAT returns and ensure complete compliance with UAE Corporate Tax (2023)旽andle goAML registration, reporting, and STR submissions for DNFBP compliance昑rack and disburse agent commissions accurately昅onitor cash flow and prepare forecasts & financial insights旵oordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities昐upport management with budgeting, cost control, and internal reportingRequirements :旴achelor抯 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred)𠖳 years UAE accounting experience (Real estate brokerage/agency experience highly preferred)昉roven knowledge of goAML compliance (mandatory for DNFBPs)昐trong understanding of VAT & UAE Corporate Tax昉roficient in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally + strong Excel skills旽igh attention to detail, accuracy, and regulatory compliance旻luent in English (Arabic is a plus)
