AccountantJob Location : Dubai, UAERoles & Responsibilities:•Maintenance & Accounting of Petty Cash on Day to Day basis•Maintenance of Bank Book & Bank Reconciliation on Monthly basis•Accounting of Expenses on Day to Day basis as an when Occurred•Prepares Assets, Liabilities, and Capital Account Entries by compiling & analyzing account information•Negotiating with Suppliers in respect of Financial Transactions regarding Rates & Payment Terms•Management of Sundry Debtors & Sundry Creditors with Ageing Analysis•Payments pertaining to Salaries, Commissions, other Expenses, Payments to Suppliers etc. as per due dates assigned•Maintenance & recording of entire Income & Expenses in Accounting Software on Day to Day basis•Prepares Financial Reports, Statement of Accounts by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information & trends•Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential•Liaison with External Auditors for the Annual Audit•Managing the entire gamut of Financial & Accounting Activities
