Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record of managing accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting financial operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and collection efforts.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support financial planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and provide financial guidance.
