Job Description

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to precious metal trading.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards.
  • Record daily transactions, including purchases, sales, and inventory movements of precious metals.
  • Track inventory levels of gold, silver, platinum, and other metals.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with system records regularly.
  • Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
  • File necessary reports to relevant authorities (e.g., tax filings, customs documentation, export/import compliance).
  • Process payments to suppliers and ensure accurate recording of invoices.
  • Issue invoices to clients for metal sales and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements with transaction records.
