  • Manage and oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and reporting.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Monitor and maintain the aging report, following up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address and resolve any billing or payment issues.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the receivables process.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant accounting standards.
