  • Coordinate with banking facilities and loans and loan paymentÿstructures.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts for the homecare service facility, variances, and trends.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets and monitor expenditures.
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and forecast cash needs to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations.
