Job Description

SummaryOverseeing finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls.Key FunctionsManage the Finance functions for Imagine.úÿÿÿÿÿÿDevelop strategies and procedures to reduce financial risk & improve financial efficiencies & profit.

  • Manage accounting, budget, cash flow and payroll functions.
  • Maintain accurate & timely accounting records to comply with internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Harmonise and maintain monthly P&L reporting by division and for Imagine.
  • Develop expenses policy and ensure adherence.
  • Ongoing monitoring of aged debtors and creditors and follow up outstanding balances as required.
  • Support the Managing Director and budget holders with the annual budget setting process.
  • Ensure any external audits are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Develop external relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers and other statutory organisations.
  • Oversee all Imagine suppliers and services.
Provide appropriate management feedback and reports.úÿÿÿÿÿÿWeekly SOA. Monthly P&Ls, General Ledger, Journal. Annual accounts for audit.
