Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 year of experience in accounting, with a maximum of 5 years of experience. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also play a key role in analyzing financial data, providing financial advice, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of the companys financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets on a regular basis.
  3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
  4. Provide financial advice and guidance to management, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of data.
  8. Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
  9. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 4 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role in UAE
  3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  4. Proficiency in accounting software like TALLY and MS Office, especially Excel & Google drive.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
