Job Description

We are looking for a versatile, well-versed and experienced accountant to join our dynamically expanding team. The right candidate should have at least 5 year experience in real estate sector. Top candidates will have outstanding report writing skills with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.Responsibilities

  • Supports decision making by preparing 5 years business plans
  • Ensures the consistency between financial objectives and strategy
  • Performs general accounting functions, accounting records, and other related duties in the daily administration of the accounting department
  • Performs accounts payable and account receivable functions
  • Performs cost accounting functions
  • Maintains general ledger to include preparation of journal entries, coding of invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly
  • Performs other duties of the same or lesser degree as required by the position or as assigned by supervisor/manager
