Job Description

We are seeking an Accountant with a strong background in accounting principles and practices to help manage our financial health. This role involves responsibilities such as managing cash flows, preparing financial documents, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing invoices. Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation, and a problem-solving mindset. A basic understanding of Tax and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles and regulations is also a key requirement for this role. The key responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash flow, monitoring incoming and outgoing funds, and ensuring that our accounts are accurately balanced.
  • Preparing financial documents, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, budgets, and financial projections.
  • Preparing, sending, and tracking invoices to ensure timely payment and accurate record-keeping.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining up-to-date records of payments received and monies owed.
  • Ensuring our financial operations comply with state and federal laws and company policies.
  • Providing insightful information and expectations to support business decisions and strategy.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations, including a basic understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) principles and Corporate Tax law.
