Responsibilities:- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks and reports.- Manage accounting/bookkeeping processes for clients.- Identify and automate core accounting processes to improve efficiency and ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting.- Utilize the clients existing accounting software or assist with the implementation of a new accounting software platform.- Generate accurate and factual reports showcasing the clients overall financial health during the accounting period.- Prepare various reports including A/P & A/R, P&L, banking, balance sheets, inventory, resource usage, cash flow, and business performance.- Support the Senior Accountant in financial management accounting and reporting procedures to aid in the clients strategic business planning and projected growth.- Utilize technology to enhance customer efficiency and improve the customer experience.- Assist with account reconciliations and provide other bookkeeping services as required.- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
