Job Description

Position ?Accounts and Finance ExecutiveBase Location ? JLT, Dubai, UAEReporting to ? Internal AuditorRoles & Responsibilities Handling Finance & accounts, compliance, administration, intellectual properties/registration,s andproduct certifications

  • Accounts bookkeeping in ERP software
  • Budget planning and execution
  • Conduct timely auditing of accounts
  • Conduct Cash flow planning and execution
  • Coordinate all banking activities ? fundraising, payable and receivable bank transfers, and the follow-up of vendor payments and receivables
  • Prepare accurate analytical reports for management
  • Checkpoints and maintaining internal controls
  • Draft and execute standard SOPs and process flows for the finance and accounts department
  • Coordinating with external auditors
  • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing essential factors like tax returns, fixed assets, and ledger data.
  • Assist with the yearly external audit of the company. Able to handle the auditor?s
  • Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Publish financial statements on time.
  • Follow the standard operating procedure of national and state finance laws strictly.
