Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant for our Aluminum & Glass Industry. Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Aluminum & Glass Industry with knowledge of industry working, suppliers, customers, and competitors in the field. Overall UAE Experience should be at least 5 years with a good experience in accounts finalization, invoicing, purchase orders, year-end audit & monthly closing.Candidate must be able to join immediately.Job description: Includes but is not limited to,

  • Invoice Entry in ledgers and payment follow-up from customers.
  • Maintaining petty cash and entering expenses in books.
  • Preparing daily sales reports.
  • Preparing purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales invoices, quotations & delivery notes.
  • Making sure all account payables are up to date and other expenses like utility bills are paid on time.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to handle and screen incoming calls and emails and take actions appropriately to provide customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Able to do multi-tasking and time management capability.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of Accounting software like XERO and tally.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Maintain the general office filing system.
  • Follow up with suppliers for materials.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors in Accounting minimum. Masters will be preferred.
