Preparation of accounting and financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement) and provide variance analysis on the same;
Implementation of relationships with banks;
Filing of UBO and other obligatory filing;
VAT calculations;
Conducting registration of companies for VAT purposes;
Tax return filing;
Filing an ESR Certificate in the UAE and other compliance;
Calculation and payment of salary, draft of labor documents
Tax accounting for income tax purposes and CPT calculations since 2023;
Reporting financial figures for the month/year and assist with preparation of Local GAAP FS;
Posting of accounting transactions in compliance with IFRS and other requirements;
Assist with preparation of the Annual budgets and quarterly forecast;
