About the Client:A well-established holding company that has successful track of records in trading and tobacco manufacturing industry.?Dealing with internal and external personnel to manage personal financial management software overseeing the personal finances of the executive chairman (with reconciliations on a weekly basis)?Liaise with the finance team on a weekly basis to ensure all potential and prospective investments are accounted for within the projected cashflow statements?Processing payments of purchase invoices including cheque/online document preparation?Booking assigned accounting ledger entries in compliance with group financial policies and procedures and international financial reporting standards?Posting CAPEX entries to Fixed Assets Register after verifying underlying documents and ensuring compliance with group policies?Carrying out assigned tasks during month-end closure of financial books of business unit in accordance with group financial policies and procedures
