Job Description

  • Corresponding with banks for credit management.
  • Handling cash flows & fund flows.
  • Maintaining debtors and creditors ledger and discharge of payments.
  • Preparation & analysis of project reports.
  • Maintaining statement of affairs with income & expenditure records.
  • Reporting of day to day accounts proceedings.
  • Bank reconciliation reports.
  • Finalization of accounts.
  • Preparation of financial statements and Balance Sheet.
  • Liaison with Auditors.
  • Corresponding with banks for daily transaction concerns.
  • Promote occupational health and safety within an organization and develop safer and healthier ways to working
  • Switch off all the power consuming equipment and advise the below fellows to do so
