An Accountant is responsible for the general accounting function including preparing financial statements, accounts, budgets, processing invoices, preparing VAT returns and bank reconciliations. Assists with monthly closings and account analysis and supports the senior accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. An Accountant is also a key member of the finance team who is responsible for the finalization of month-end and year-end accounts.
