As our business is expanding, we have an opening for a junior accountant, reporting to the Accounts Manager.Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping records for the company?s activities. ? Performing bank reconciliations as well as reconciliations with suppliers and customers. ? Arrange for payments to suppliers and collections from customers. ? Maintain vacation records for all employees. ? Maintain stock control and reconciling with inventory records.? Ordering stock from suppliers. ? Producing Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet in preparation for audit. ? Coordinating deliveries of products to customers. ? Perform general administrative duties as requested by management.
