MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:* HAS TO BE EXCELLENT IN WORD EXCEL * Ensure the client payment details are posted in Accounts.* Maintain Accounts Reports and databases including VAT entries.* Weekly revenue reconciliation of clients* Petty cash and database management* Coordinate with auditors and prepare VAT entries on a monthly basis.* Follow up and collect payments.* Generate invoices and receipts.* Filling of accounts documents.* Cheque deposits in Bank / ATM
