Duties and responsibilities:1.Maintaining books of accounts on a regular basis in Tally & Excel2.Handle Petty cash and other day-to-day transactions on a daily basis3.Preparation and verifying of payments for suppliers and monthly bills4.Prepare analyze and maintain accounting records5.Assists on monthly, quarterly, and annual closing books6.Generating and reviewing daily transactions.7.Preparing daily management reportImport and export documentation like invoice, and packing list8.Ability to handle work pressure and additional responsibilities9.Reviews expenses makes effective strategy to reduce the cost10.Inventory management11.Prepared various financial statements and Assisted in finalization of accounts, profit and loss statement balance sheet and cash flow statement.12.Reconciliation of every ledger in the books of accounts13.Verifies accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received14.Finalized various accounts of companies involved in the business of transportation, contracting, construction, real estate and several other service sectors.15. Tax computations, prepare tax returns, payment of taxes and finalization of monthly and yearly filing to the concerned authorities.
