Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Manages, Supervises & directs the overall operation of the division & ensures that objectives are met and fulfilled on timeREPORTS

  • Submit financial report to controlling dept on monthly basis.
  • Prepare sales report for UAE business in line with Finance Manager.
  • Key figure reports to logistic
  • Target review meeting with local customers.
BOOK KEEPING
  • Book of Entry
  • Financial closure of sales, purchase Invoice, receipts, payment posting etc.
  • Cross checking on sales & cost values before posting
  • Book keeping for Fischer UAE.
  • Release payment to suppliers
  • Negotiate price with regular / frequent vendors
  • Petty cash voucher verification.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
  • Create new customer & assign credit limit & period
  • Correspondence with customer for payment collection
PRICE MANAGEMENT
  • Prepare price list whilst distributing to the customers
  • Provide special price to customers based on request & case to case basis
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & ADMIN
  • Manage all Admin & HR activity (Office management, tenancy contracts, payroll)
  • Verify incentive sheets & recalculation for final incentive approval.
EBIT
  • Cost control to meet Earning Before Income Tax.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
  • Degree in Accountancy with Post Graduate degree in Management & Finance
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
  • 03-06 Years - Management of entire accounting, financial, Credit Control and audit operations.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Chartered Accountant / CPA
