The Accountant will contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the Accounting Department by executing daily tass with a strong attention to detail. This role will utilize strong accounting knowledge, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success and will handle all bank related matters.1. Prepare daily journal entries, petty cash, reports and voucher receipts;2. Maintain purchases on separate entry for end of month back-charge purposes;3. Prepare Cash Flow analysis on monthly basis based on actual spend;4. Supervising cash disbursement within approved limits and authority matrix;5. Tracking employee expense reports;6. Maintain updated fixed asset registry;7. Ensure confidentiality of accounts and information to employees third-parties;8. Proper book-keeping of financial support documents necessary for reconciliations9. purposes;10. Data entry for all entries;11. Perform any other task assigned by the mother company / Group subsidiaries management.12. Maintain accurate documentation system for contracts and all accounting entries;13.
